March 6, 8, 11, 16, and 18th 2021
The Scottish Rural Parliament is a biennial grassroots democratic assembly, that brings together people who live and work in rural and island Scotland with decision makers and influencers. This year the event is fully virtual, free and will take place over five days in March 2021 – March 6, 8, 11, 16, 18. The programme will include sessions on many themes of relevance to us all across Europe. One session, on March 8, will be on Rural Movements, your perspectives will be especially important in this. Also on March 6 there is a youth session, which may interest any young people (16-25) in your movement. We know there are many benefits of learning and taking inspiration from the practice of other countries, and the SRP is a good opportunity for that. More information about the 2021 Scottish Rural Parliament can be found on the SRA website and social media.
